Right of Withdrawal and Product Returns in Distance Selling

When you make a purchase remotely, especially online, you have a right of withdrawal, allowing you to change your mind without providing a reason or incurring penalties.

Article 1 – Scope

These conditions apply to all sales concluded on the agrokoop.com e-commerce site.

Article 2 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs if applicable.

Article 3 – Return Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify their decision to return the product within the above-mentioned period. This can be done by using the contact form available on our site or by sending a clear email indicating the intention to withdraw.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and with all accessories and manuals.

Article 4 – Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Article 5 – Refund

After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

Article 6 – Products Excluded from the Right of Return

According to legal provisions, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

1. Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
2. Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
3. Goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
