The Van der Wal family legacy began with a lineage of blacksmiths who established their own company in 1936. In 1958, a 17-year-old Koop van der Wal joined his father's workshop, continuing the family tradition. Koop's son, Willem, followed in his footsteps at the age of 19. Due to a lack of space, the tractor specialists relocated from Munnekeburen to Bant in 2008. After dedicating 53 years to the company, Koop retired in 2010, passing the leadership to Willem.
The company now has flourished, becoming a prominent name in the industry. The Koop van der Wal facility now boasts a workshop, showroom, and an extensive storage area, spanning over 20,000m², strategically located next to the A6 Highway.
We have not only preserved the traditional values of the company but also modernized its operations.
